Rules & Regulations

Group & Chat

  • Racism will not be tolerated.
  • Homophobic comments will not be tolerated.
  • Report abuse directly to admins or stewards.
  • Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Be considerate of members’ ages and nationalities.
  • No advertising.
  • Anyone caught cheating or hacking will be removed.
  • No hate speech.
  • No spam.

Leagues & Racing

The points below are Global Racing league rules. The official FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations are linked separately.

  • The host or league owner will not qualify while running all sessions.
  • Weaving is illegal.
  • Moving to block under braking is illegal.
  • One move to block; any further moves are considered weaving.
  • Do not dive-bomb.
  • Purposefully causing damage to another car results in an instant penalty.
  • Races will only be restarted on lap 1 due to glitches.
  • If results are tied, the driver with the most wins takes the result.
  • Race results and penalties will stand.
  • Leave at least one car’s width for both cars during any manoeuvre.
  • Keep open-racing voice chat to a minimum.
  • Race cleanly in open lobbies as well as leagues.
  • Send reports directly to stewards; do not raise them in the main chats.
  • All reports must include evidence.
  • Passing cars under Safety Car or Virtual Safety Car is illegal.
  • Erratic driving that causes damage under Safety Car will be penalised.
  • Under Safety Car, leave between one and ten car lengths.
  • Speeding up or slowing down under Safety Car results in an instant disqualification.
  • Using AI as a start assist will be penalised.
  • Trophies are awarded only for full seasons.
  • Sprint races award points to positions 1–8 using the sprint points scale.
  • ERS off mode is banned during races. Purposefully switching it off results in an instant disqualification; it is allowed in qualifying.
  • Missing more than four consecutive races will result in removal from the grid and placement on the reserve list.
  • Resetting to track results in an instant disqualification.
  • Set telemetry to public.
